These Terms and Conditions apply to all private tours and chauffeur services provided by My Kerry Tours. By making an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

My Kerry Tours provides private chauffeur-driven transport for tours, golf travel, and airport transfers throughout Ireland.

All services are private and are arranged for individual guests or groups travelling together. My Kerry Tours does not operate shared tours.

Services generally include transportation and local guiding. Entrance fees, meals, and attraction tickets are typically not included unless clearly agreed in advance.

Booking and Enquiries

Bookings can be requested through the website enquiry form, by email, or by phone.

Availability will be confirmed once travel dates, group size, and itinerary requirements have been discussed.

Bookings are considered confirmed once the agreed service details and payment arrangements have been accepted by both parties.

Payment

Full payment in advance is preferred where possible. Payment details and instructions will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

In some cases, alternative payment arrangements may be agreed upon depending on the nature of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking needs to be cancelled, guests are asked to provide as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge.

An administration fee may apply where cancellations occur after booking confirmation.

Tour Duration and Schedule

Private tours typically operate between approximately 8:30am and 5:30pm unless otherwise agreed.

Routes and daily schedules are planned, but may be adjusted on the day, where practical, depending on weather conditions, traffic, or guest preferences.

My Kerry Tours aims to operate flexible and relaxed touring days while maintaining safe and realistic travel times.

Entrance Fees and Meals

Entrance fees to attractions, golf courses, heritage sites, or other locations are normally paid directly by guests unless otherwise agreed.

Meals are not included as standard. Guests may choose dining locations during the day, and recommendations can be provided where helpful.

Airport Transfers

My Kerry Tours provides private airport transfers to and from airports throughout Ireland.

Transfers may also be arranged between hotels, golf courses, cruise ports, and other accommodation locations.

All airport transfers are private and are arranged specifically for the booking party.

Weather and Route Adjustments

Some stops or viewpoints, may be weather-dependent. In cases where weather conditions affect visibility or accessibility, alternative stops may be suggested where appropriate.

Routes may also be adjusted due to road conditions, traffic, or local events.

Vehicle Policy

Tours are operated using a licensed passenger vehicle designed to accommodate small groups comfortably.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely during transport. My Kerry Tours reserves the right to terminate a service if behaviour presents a safety concern for passengers or the driver.

Insurance

My Kerry Tours operates with appropriate passenger transport insurance for private chauffeur services.

External Services

Where recommendations are made for restaurants, attractions, or third-party services, My Kerry Tours cannot be held responsible for the policies, pricing, or service standards of those external providers.

Limitation of Liability

My Kerry Tours will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed. However, the company cannot accept responsibility for delays, route changes, or service adjustments caused by factors outside its control. This may include weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Terms

My Kerry Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions where necessary. The most current version will always be available on this website.
